start with an aperitif and hors d'oeuvres as you mingle and visit with some of our fall farmers from Thane Palmberg Farm in Milo, Missouri, Beau Solais Farm in Hughesville, Missouri, Campo Lindo Farm in Lathrope, Missouri and more

be seated for five courses of all local culinary delight

Beau Solais Farm oyster mushroom ravioli drizzled with romesco sauce made with Missouri Northern pecans, Western Hills Produce Farm peppers and Organic Garden Farm roma tomato

Niles Home for Children School Garden red bean, Campo Lindo Farm roasted chicken and JCCC Student Farm spinach salad tossed in fall essence

Green Hills Dairy whole milk ricotta and Organic Garden Farm delaka squash soup topped with roasted Organic Garden Farm spaghetti squash sprinkled with blue bird bistro garden fresh herbs

A trio of Campo Lindo Farm lamb, Organic Way Farm fuji apple and Wood Mood Garden onion on a bed of JCCC Student Farm braised rainbow chard
